Lauren Conklin, AAI

I’m Lauren Conklin, an accomplished Service Manager with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, having entered the field in 2013. In 2014, I earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation, reflecting a strong foundation in customer service. Prior to joining the insurance industry I worked for a family run auto body shop business handling auto claims and dealing with insurance carriers . It’s important to me to handle every insured with top notch service and assisting with whatever issues they may have .

Outside of work. I enjoy volunteering . I’m the founder of a Booster Club where I run an annual charity game in memory of my grandfather who was an excellent baseball player, coach, and mentor at our High School. I enjoy giving back to the community where I graduated from.  In my spare time you can find me watching my 3 kids do what they love and chasing their dreams . I can be found at softball games, baseball games , football games , and wrestling matches . My favorite days are spent with my husband and 3 teens, gardening, river rafting, anything outside in the nice weather, and completing house projects .
